Shipping & Return


SHIPPING

We endeavor to ship all ready-made items within 2-3 business days of an order being placed. Please keep in mind that launches, sales, and public holidays might extend shipping time. For handmade items, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made, with shipping to be processed within 2-3 days after that. 

All orders are posted using standard or expressed tracked postage via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary based on your location.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it is the responsibility of the Australia Post and any delays, lost, or damaged items are to be lodged via their website or phone. We will do our best to assist you with any issues that arise. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address. We provide contactless delivery which means that your order will not require a signature upon delivery. Please specify in the comment at check out if you wish to sign for delivery. 

We offer flat rate shipping of $8 on all domestic orders within Australia. 

Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $90. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the UK. Delivery time will vary based on your location. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be liable to pay any additional duty and taxes applicable to your specific location. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged. Return or exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unwashed, along with the original packaging and is subject to inspection.

Change Of Mind / Wrong sizing  - Handmade Products

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on custom made or handmade items so please choose carefully. Handmade items are specified in the product description. 

Change of Mind/ Wrong sizing - Non Handmade Products

We offer exchange (with additional postage cost) or refund on non-handmade products if you have had a change of mind or have purchased the incorrect sizing. Return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
